Privacy Policy

At DevSpark Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your information when you visit our website (devspark.tech) or use our services.

Last updated 8 August 2026

  1. 01Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

    • Personal information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other information you provide to us voluntarily.
    • Service information: information related to the services you engage us for, including project details and communications.
    • Technical information: your IP address is processed transiently by our hosting provider for security and rate limiting. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this website.
  2. 02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it
    • Provide, operate and maintain our services
    • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not use the information you send through our contact form for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

  3. 03Legal basis for processing

Where you contact us about our services, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry, and where relevant in order to take steps towards entering into a contract with you. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

  4. 04Sharing of information and international transfers

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except to the service providers below and where required by law.

    • Resend — the service that delivers contact form enquiries to our inbox as email.
    • Cloudflare — provides the anti-spam challenge on our contact form. It processes your IP address transiently to distinguish people from automated traffic.
    • Vercel Inc. — our website hosting provider. Vercel is based in the United States and operates edge infrastructure internationally.
    • Legal requirements — where we are required to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property or safety.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the relevant transfer mechanisms permitted under UK data protection law, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

  5. 05Cookies

This website does not set cookies. We run no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies on it, which is why you see no cookie banner. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

  6. 06Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, records are kept for as long as required for that contract and for the periods required by UK tax and company law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

  7. 07Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This website is served over HTTPS only, applies a strict Content Security Policy, and submits form data server-side rather than through third-party scripts in your browser.

  8. 08Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you
    • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
    • Object to, or ask us to restrict, our use of your personal information
    • Request that we transfer your information to another provider
    • Withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on your consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@devspark.tech. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.

  9. 09Third-party links

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

  10. 10Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
